I have been to this lovely cafe own by a sweet loving girl named Elenour.
And this cafe is called Elenour by her own name.
And what is more lovely it's that she has her name almost same as mine! :)
So I went for a few visit before I blog this cafe.
Been there at least three times and so it's time to review this cafe.
Order and pay at the counter.
The menu is well written at the wall but they too offer you decent menu book to read.
So i would say this is really a good service since I am so lazy to turn around and read the writing on the wall LOL.
The environment was simple and modern.
Just a few decoration on the wall
And even the decoration were simple itself
Lighting was a lil too dark on the inside but natural light comes in during the day so it will be ok if you are visiting in the afternoon, otherwise it will be a lil too dark to take photos on a night visit.
I have ordered cappuccino the whole time so I wouldn't be any different this time.
The Cappuccino was so good!
I like the latte art.
And the taste was just fine with good amount of milk and coffee.
No sour taste for the coffee (that's what I like)
and no milk after-taste.
Smooth in the mouth and coffee smell stays in it for quite a long time.
I would say this is a good choice.
My Dad's Favourite (interesting name)
is actually a spicy Aglio Olio with fresh seafood such as oyster.
I would say this meal was good.
The noodles (spaghetti) was cook in a good form, topped with the great taste of sauce and seafood.
Good taste.
Chick' and Chop
Grilled chicken topped with mashed potates, mix salad and choice of salsa.
The portion is quite big so for girls,
you can share it with your friend :)
Taste was decent anyway, not much a surprise to me though.
For their dessert,
they serves different kind of waffles and cakes.
I have had ice-cream waffles and they are really good!
I like how the waffles turned out to be so crispy on the outside yet so soft and full on the inside.
They have the batter mix in a good way that the waffles is not just air in the inside,
but you get to taste the smell of the good flour.
(I've tried my best to explain but words can't do its justice, try them yourself)
Really nice.
Overall, the selling point of the cafe was basically the environment and their good waffles.
They serve everything in good form, but there's not much of a choice for meals.
So it's advisable for you to have your meal at other place before hanging around this place.
On the plus side, they serve tasty food, but it takes hell a lot of time to get served, especially during the peak time (Lunch and dinner both)
So I'm expecting improvement soon since I really see the potential here.
(otherwise I wouldn't have visited more than once) :)
