Coffee On the Table - 3D Coffee Art

Hey there!
Had fun in the first week of study? :)
I haven't got myself any resolution for this year so I am going to write something else first.
Well people can't get a life without food so it's consider essential hahaha..

Coffee on the Table is one of the top cafe restaurant in Penang Island.
I got the chance to visit this cafe during my trip with my friends in Penang last year.
The original name of the cafe is actualy cafe 55 or also known as Coffee Atelier.
Since it's moved, the name changes.

This place is quite hard to find as they only hang their banner at the side of the building,
which took us some time to realize the shop.
However they've hung a '3D' light  showing you there's 3D coffee art and it's definitely theirs :)

One thing I really like about the cafe is that it is decorated with the most antique decorations around the wall.
I guess the design is based from the late 1800  with the most antique music player and wooden cupboard, tables and chairs.
It makes you feel like you have time-travelled into another century :)

After ordering, it's time to capture the moment :)

And here come the main thing of the day:
3D Coffee Art!

This cafe is popular mainly due to this freaking awesome thing so you better don't miss it :)

Cappuccino

Latte

Caramel Latte

Didn't take a picture with the coffee so I give my slot to Jing Wen hehe :P

So we had the craziest meal that night.
Another thing the cafe serves the best in town is their tapas so we've all ordered them.
It's pretty expensive, and god knows it's so in a small portion.

Marinated Chicken tapas
It's super damn small but every single mouth of it makes me drown into food paradise
Perfectly marinated, the meat is cooked under the perfect heat till it came with juice in every bite of it.
SO DELICIOUS!

Jing Wen's Scallops with marinated angel hair tapas
Got the most suggested tapas around the web so I don't need to say anything more.
Simply perfect.

Can't remember the exact name but it's grilled salmon fish.
Nee is having the biggest portion of us all.
and yea it's delicious as well :)

I think I'm getting fatter and fatter :D

Overall I would say this place is worth a try.
They have a beautiful environment.
The food is delicious.
However the price is too high for those of have low-income or those who are travelling on a low budget.
Main dishes are basically more than RM 30 so don't get shocked when you enter the shop.
Otherwise, it's all good.

Have fun
Happy New Year! :)
